Buyer Beware of hearandplay.com

I bought some DVD's from hearandplay (Germaine Griggs) in 2013, and got a 30 day free trial to the online videos. I just found out that ever since, they have been charging me a monthly subscription that has come to hundreds of dollars. I never asked for this, and I never used the site after the 30 days. I have never been given an invoice, or a receipt for this service. Hearandplay has just been sneakily taking the money from my credit card each month. I just contacted them to ask for a refund, and this was denied! I have basically been scammed. I am shocked that a Gospel music company carries on like this. I shall now be contacting my credit card company as well as taking legal action. Buyer beware

A contextualized worship song based on Psalm 27

I wrote this song back in 2006 when I was going through a really tough time. It's based on Psalm 27. One day I was playing l singing it really loudly with my window open. When I finished the song, there was a bunch of people cheering outside my window - I didn't realise I had an audience! In 2008, I remixed it so that it could be sung in our church www.newlifelondon.com In 2013, I remixed it further, because I wasn't very happy with the drums on it. Enjoy

What happens when you mix Reggae and an old Scottish hymn on a council estate?

I love the lyrics Robbert Murray Mc'Cheyne wrote for his hymn 'When This Passing World Is done.' However, I felt that it really needed a new melody for us lot on the estate to sing. So I wrote a Reggae tune for it. I think that roots reggae is a great tool for contextualising worship music, cos everyone likes it, across many ethnicities and age ranges. I hope you enjoy:
